During these days different activities took place such as the traditional <strong>showcooking \u2018Factor\u00eda Chef\u2019<\/strong>, a unique stage for promoting the producers of the garden before the international channel to underline the quality and excellence of these foods, as well as the infinite possibilities of consumption that they offer within the Horeca channel. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On this occasion, the space hosted different workshops made with multiple products such as mushrooms, avocado, leeks, broccoli, artichokes&#8230; allowing attendees to learn about the multitude of gastronomic possibilities offered by the fruit and vegetable products offered by the different companies participating in the fair.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" src=\"https:\/\/fhfontellas.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/factoria-chef-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3186\" srcset=\"https:\/\/fhfontellas.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/factoria-chef-2.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/fhfontellas.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/factoria-chef-2-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/fhfontellas.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/factoria-chef-2-768x576.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Within the programming of &#8216;Factor\u00eda Chef&#8217;, a <strong>workshop organized by FHF<\/strong> was included with the Tudela artichokes as the protagonists. The event was presented by <strong>Juan Carlos Fern\u00e1ndez<\/strong>, chef at Txoko de Juan Carlos, nutritionist and chef at Reyno Gourmet, and our colleague <strong>Ana Berdonces<\/strong> who held an exhibition <strong>peeled Artichoke from Tudela<\/strong> and where all kinds of curiosities were discussed and told about this vegetable that is so representative of the quality of the Navarran orchard.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe title=\"Pelado, cocinado y preparaci\u00f3n de Alcachofa de Tudela -
