Among the destinations was Tudela, Navarra, where they interviewed <strong>Diego Orta, farmer and general director of FHF<\/strong>, to talk about his experience in the sector and the current agricultural reality. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Diego, who manages more than <strong>450 hectares of crops<\/strong>, shared with AgroRadio how the production of a variety of crops is organized, including peppers, tomatoes, artichokes, cauliflower, broccoli, and corn, among others. He highlighted the importance of crop rotation to keep the land in good condition and diversify its offer, adapting to the demands of both the market and the industry. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the interview, he commented that they are currently in the middle of harvesting tomatoes and peppers. Part of this production is destined for fresh production and the other part for the industry, where the pepper is delivered whole or chopped, depending on the customer&#8217;s needs.
