FHF cultivates approximately 90 hectares of tomatoes in the Ribera de Navarra with an estimated annual production of 10,000,000 kg.

Different varieties intended, mainly, for the production of gazpacho and other uses, such as crushed tomato or juice. The tomato is a highly appreciated fruit in the food industry thanks to its unique characteristics and excellent production performance.

FHF works two differentiated lines depending on the final destination of the raw material:

  • Fried tomato: served by pallets
  • Gazpacho: hand-picked, served by pallets

Rich in essential nutrients, including vitamins A, C and K, as well as minerals such as potassium. Low in calories and high in fiber, making it an excellent option for healthy eating. In addition, it contains lycopene, a powerful antioxidant with anti-cancer properties and benefits for cardiovascular health.

Thanks to its high water content, tomatoes contribute to the hydration of the body. Its antioxidants and vitamins also promote healthy skin and may have anti-inflammatory effects.
