Frutas y Vegetables de Fontellas once again participated in the Fruit Attraction fair, which this year was presented with the largest attendance in its history: 2,146 exhibiting companies from 56 countries.
An opportunity to publicize our Tudela Artichoke, the only one to have the Reyno Gourmet quality certification. In addition to our outstanding variety of vegetables, such as broccoli, cauliflower and pepper, as well as fruits such as peach, apple and tomato.
A high vegetable edition
In the previous edition, we presented our products as the true jewels of Navarra. This year, we transformed our stand into a fashion catwalk, where the “Alta Verdura de Navarra” paraded under the motto “FHF is in fashion”.
With a limited stand in space, we decided to work with designer Iñigo Sádaba, from Sádaba Studio, to create a spectacular costume that incorporated all the products of our harvest: artichoke, cauliflower, broccoli, tomato, pepper, apple and peach.
We plan various activities. One of the most notable was our participation in Factoría Chef, together with the Association 5 a day, where we carried out the cooking show “The tomato is a fruit, the apple and the peach too”, directed by nutritionist Luisa Solano, in which we make a tomato smoothie and an avocado stuffed with fruits.
The next day, we offered a tasting of broccoli omelettes at our stand, in collaboration with +Brócoli.
10th Anniversary of the Spanish Artichoke Association
Furthermore, on Tuesday morning, we attended the celebration of the 10th Anniversary of the Artichoke Association of Spain, an event that turned out to be unforgettable. With the participation of renowned chefs and a focus on the promotion of the artichoke, this anniversary was part of our continued commitment to innovation and growth of the artichoke market.
Our experience at the fair
Once again, at Frutas y Vegetables de Fontellas we had the pleasure of living an unforgettable experience in this new edition of Fruit Attraction, where we highlighted the quality and flavor of our products. We thank the organization for offering us the opportunity to be part of this great event one more year.
