The European fruit and vegetable association FruitVegetablesEUROPE has launched the campaign ‘CuTE-4You: Cultivating the Taste of Europe for You ‘with which it intends to value the essential work of European farmers carried out during the pandemic, generating a support movement, which in turn promotes the consumption of fruits and vegetables produced within the European Union.

This action has the participation of prominent organizations, among which is Alcachofa de España, an association to which FHF belongs, and with which they intend to convey a message of pride and belonging to this sector to the thousands of consumers in Spain. Germany and Belgium, countries that account for up to 141.1 million consumers within the EU.

“We will ask citizens to look at the label and make sure their products are from here. We all know that the best way to thank EU farmers for their efforts is to consume and enjoy European fruit and vegetables. With this, the consumer wins, the producer wins and EUROPE WINS ”. Juan Marín, president of FruitVegetablesEUROPE.

One of the actions of the campaign has been the launch of a promotional video with the collaboration of several Eurovision participants in which they defend the importance of recognizing the work of our farmers and encourage citizens to look at the origin of the products they consume , making sure that they are local products, from our country, guarantor that they meet the highest safety and quality standards.
