The magazine ‘Origen’, dedicated to the agri-food sector, includes an article in its latest issue by the gastronomic chronicler Luis Cepeda, in which he refers to the work of our president, Diego Orta, in the cultivation of the Tudela White Artichoke, a jewel of our gastronomy that Cepeda defines as ‘the armored flower, prodigy of spring’.
The publication is a wonderful story that deals with the different phases of the artichoke, its different varieties, origin or cultivation, and how farmers like Diego have dedicated all their effort and affection to such a precious product, cultivating today the only White artichoke distinguished with the Reyno Gourmet certification.
